What do eye wipes actually do?

They're designed for the area around your dog's eyes - gently wiping away tear stains, discharge and the general gunk that builds up, especially in breeds prone to it. Used regularly, they help keep the area clean and reduce staining on lighter-coloured coats. They're for external use around the eye area only, not for cleaning the eye itself - and if your dog is showing signs of an eye infection or persistent discharge, a vet check is the right move.

How do I use eye wipes?

Peel back the sticker, take a wipe and gently clean the skin around and below the eye with a soft wiping motion. Use a fresh section (or a new wipe) for each eye to avoid transferring anything between them. These are smaller wipes - 15 x 12cm - designed specifically for this task rather than general grooming.

Are they safe to use near eyes?

Yes - they're fragrance-free and formulated to be gentle enough for the sensitive skin around the eye area. That said, avoid direct contact with the eye itself. The unscented formula is a deliberate choice here; the last thing you want near a dog's eyes is added fragrance.

What's the difference between these and your other wipes?

Each wipe is formulated for its specific job. Our eye wipes are fragrance-free and use soothing cucumber and chamomile - ingredients well suited to the delicate skin around the eyes. Our ear wipes contain salicylic acid and decyl glucoside to tackle wax and oil, which you wouldn't want near eyes. Our general dog wipes are designed for coat, paws and skin. Worth using the right one for the right job.

What are the eye wipes made from?

The cloth is 100% bamboo-derived rayon - plastic-free, super soft and gentle. The lotion contains aloe vera, cucumber extract, chamomile and vitamin E (tocopheryl acetate). No fragrance, no parabens, no alcohol.

Can I use them on my cat too?

Yes - they're safe for cats as well.

How do I keep them from drying out?

Reseal the sticker firmly after each use and store at room temperature. The pack has a resealable lid to help keep them fresh between uses.
