Which option should I go for - handles or no handles?

Entirely down to personal preference. The bags with handles give you a bit more to hold onto when tying up, which some people find easier. The no-handles option is often preferred by by large dog owners, as the bag itself is a bit longer. Both are the same thickness and strength.

What's the difference between refill rolls and the box dispenser?

Refill rolls are the classic walk format: they fit all standard dispensers, clip onto your lead, and slip into your pocket. The box dispenser is more of a home setup - bags pull out smoothly one at a time, great for keeping in the hallway or by the door for quick grabs before a walk. Same bags inside, just a different format for different moments.

Scented or unscented, does it matter?

Only if you care about what's in your pocket on a walk. The mint scented bags use spearmint oil to mask the smell during pick-up - handy if that's something you'd rather not deal with up close. Unscented is exactly what it sounds like. No functional difference in strength or size.

How strong are they - will they actually hold?

Yes. They're 15 microns thick with strong seams, which is thick enough to protect your hands reliably. They go through rigorous testing before they land in your hands. Big dogs, small dogs, everything in between - they're made to handle it.

Are your bags biodegradable?

No - and we'd rather be straight with you about that than make claims we can't back up. Very little actually breaks down in landfill, including most things marketed as biodegradable, and that's where the vast majority of dog poop ends up. So instead of focusing on what happens at end of life (which is largely out of our control), we've focused on what we can control - what the bags are made from. 94% post-consumer recycled plastic means waste that was already heading to landfill gets another life first.

Will the refill rolls fit my dispenser?

Yes - they're compatible with all standard dispensers and can be attached to your lead. If you don't have a dispenser yet, we sell one separately.

How do I dispose of them?

In your general waste bin. These aren't flushable, and they're not suitable for food waste or garden waste collections. Tie the handles (or knot the top), bin it, done.
