Toilet training is going to involve some mess. That bit isn't optional. What you can choose is how much of it ends up on your floor.

Our training pads are built in six layers, with a top layer that pulls liquid away fast and a leak-proof layer underneath, so wees don't sit on the surface waiting to be trodden through the house. There's an attractant built in to encourage your puppy onto the pad, and a sticky tab in each corner so it stays where you put it.

Each pad is 58 x 58cm - a big square, with plenty of room for a puppy who hasn't quite worked out where the middle is.

What size are the pads?

Will the pad slide around?

There's an adhesive tab in each corner. Peel, press down, and it stays where you put it - no bunching, no chasing it across the kitchen.

Can I use them on carpet?

Yes - carpet or hard floors, both work. The sticky tabs are really there for slippery floors, so on carpet you may find they grip less well, and that you don't need them anyway.

How often should I change the pad?

We recommend changing the pad after signs of use (but each pad will take more than one wee, for your peace of mind).

My puppy keeps ignoring the pad, any tips?

Every pad has an attractant built in to encourage them onto it. Beyond that: keep it in the same spot, take them to it after naps, meals and play, and make a fuss of them when they get it right.

How many pads will I get through in one day?

It depends on their age. As a rough guide, a young puppy needs to wee roughly every one to two hours, stretching out as they grow. One pad handles more than one wee, so you'll use fewer than that suggests - and every puppy is different.

Is this only for puppies?

Not at all. Senior dogs, dogs in recovery, lining a crate, or heading out on the go - same pad, same job.
