How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is £3.95 for orders under £20. For orders over £20, standard delivery is free.
We also offer express next day delivery (order before 3pm) for an additional charge of £5.95.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
We aim to ship all standard orders within 3 working days. Please note that sometimes over this busy period, this can sometimes take a bit longer.
If you need the item urgently, you can opt for our Express delivery service, for next day delivery (if ordered by 3pm).
How does the 3 for 2 work?
Add 3 items included in the offer into your basket and the third item will automatically be free.
How many times can I use the offer?
The 3 for 2 offer is limited to three free items per person, to ensure there is enough for every pup (and person!)
