Step 1:
Get Browsing

Browse our range of food recipes, poop bags & treats on our webshop as you normally would.

Step 2:
Choose subscription

From the main product page, select the "Subscribe & Save" option with your preferred delivery frequency. Checkout as normal and your subscription will be setup automatically.

Step 3:
Take it easy

Sit back and relax, knowing your dog's favourite products will regularly be delivered directly to your door. This means more time for the things that matter... like belly rubs & games of fetch, of course.

Skip, adjust dates or cancel at any time from your account.

FAQs

What happens once I've subscribed?

You will immediately receive a confirmation email with all the details of your subscription. This email will contain a link to your account from where you can manage your subscription. Your first delivery will be sent immediately via our standard DHL delivery service. All future orders will be placed automatically based on your selected delivery frequency. We will email you 3 days before each delivery so you can amend your order if needed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, visit the subscription section within your account and select the active subscription you would like to cancel. When you click cancel, you’ll be prompted to give your reason for cancellation. Once complete you will receive an email confirming this.

How do I change my delivery day?

We will always notify you 3 days before your next subscription order is due, with a link to your account where you can skip a delivery or pick a new delivery date to suit you.

Which products are available on subscription?

Our wet & dry food recipes and poop bags are currently available on subscription. Simply look for the subscribe & save option on the product page.

Can I add a one-time product to my order?

Yes! First of all, you must login to your account. From there you can choose to add one-time products to your next subscription order using the 'Add a product' button. You can choose to add this as a one-time product or as a recurring subscription product.

Can I swap products?

Yes. You can swap products within your account. Just login to your account to manage your subscriptions. Here you will be given the option to 'Swap' product.
